My daughter had to have some work done with light sedation 3 times. Every single visit was absolutely amazing. That made her feel so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and engaged so well with her. I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you so much for your kindness and hard work.

I absolutely love the residents here and Dr. Nedley. The only reason why I am leaving a bad review is because of the front desk workers. They are rude, passive aggressive and condescending. I spoke to the director of the program today about Hannah the front desk worker talking to me as if I was a child. I am a grown educated woman that owns a business here in Toledo and if I ever ran my business the way their front desk was ran, I would be unemployed. After my son appointment, I was told by the resident to stand at the front desk to make another appointment. Hannah proceeds to tell me "next time you need to have a seat, and we will call you up to make an appointment". She said this with a huge attitude and stank look on her face while being rude and dismissive about scheduling my sons 6-month appointment. I could not believe she had the nerve to even talk to anyone like that yet alone a paying patient. I also heard her belittle multiple grown adults while I sat in the waiting room for my son to finish. I never go online to complain but she needs to be trained correctly or fired. Absolutely fantastic with my 4yr old autistic daughter at her exam & first time at their office! Dentist was very patient, helpful, gentle & nice! Not a long wait! Office staff very nice & professional. Very pleased with our visit today!

It is a good clinic with the exception if you have a child that is a new patient you cannot get an appointment. They say they only make appointments for the next 30 days. They tell you to call everyday to see if they have a cancellation. If there's no cancellation you do not get an appointment. I have been trying for over 3 months.

My daughter was in pain for months with more then one dentist telling me nothing was wrong with her I go in and she seen Dr snook she instantly knew something was wrong and knew we had to pull teeth now my baby its relieved from the massive pain she was in thank you so much Dr snook the tooth fairy came and seen her last night and my baby girl was a trooper and she did so good. I really appreciate you guys ❤
